What started off as a simple homework club for the children in our neighborhood, has blossomed into a full service community program for all ages that not only serves the Village of Bedford Pine Apartments , Old Fourth Ward, and downtown Atlanta , but the entire metro area. Even though we suffered a devastating fire in November of 2005 that would have certainly spelled the end for a lot of organizations, the passion and commitment of our staff, board, partners, and volunteers allowed us to keep our organization going and continue to provide the kind of quality programs and services that our community desperately needs.

So please come meet us and find out what we are all about as we regain our momentum and return to full strength as a beacon in the community. We have come a long way, but the journey is not over.

In reconignition for excellent community service by Operation Peace, Atlanta City Council has renamed Latta Street to PEACE Avenue which is in the Bedford Pine Community Atlanta, GA.
