Founded in 1995 in the heart of the Old Fourth Ward, the organization has grown from a grassroots afterschool effort into a trusted hub for youth development, mentorship, senior wellness programming, and workforce readiness initiatives. Operation P.E.A.C.E. empowers young people and their families to build pathways toward self-sufficiency and lifelong success. We believe that families are the foundation of thriving communities and that seniors remain vital pillars of wisdom, connection, and strength. deserving of opportunities to stay engaged, supported, and celebrated. Craft Time
Senior Craft Time provides older adults with a welcoming space to express creativity, learn new skills, and connect with peers. Through hands-on projects and shared experiences, participants build community, reduce isolation, and enjoy meaningful engagement in a supportive environment.
STEMFEST introduces young learners to science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on, play-based activities designed to spark curiosity and creativity. This interactive event encourages early problem-solving skills while engaging families in fun, age-appropriate exploration.
Neighborhood night
Fenway Neighborhood Night at Fenway Park gives residents the unforgettable experience of coming together at one of Boston’s most iconic landmarks to cheer on the home team. As families enjoy a Boston Red Sox game, the evening strengthens community bonds, celebrates neighborhood pride, and creates lasting memories across generations.
